We will keep your table for you 20 minutes after the reservation time.
Grupo Tragaluz has a cancellation and no shows policy.
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOWS POLICY
If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation using the links provided in the email or SMS that you received when you made your reservation, at least 4 hours before the date of your reservation.
After that time, if you do not attend or do not cancel your reservation, you will be charged 15€ per person (10% VAT included).
For this reason, we ask for your credit card information when you make your reservation. For you information, no charge will be made at the time of your reservation.
