IMPORTANT: if you cannot make your reservation, please cancel via the links provided in your confirmation email or SMS, at least 4 hours before the time of your reservation. After this time, the restaurant reserves the right to apply a cancellation fee of 15€ per person (10% IVA inclusive). This will also be applied for no-shows. For this reason, we request your credit/debit card details when you make your reservation. No charges are applied when you make the booking.

We will keep your table for you 20 minutes after the reservation time.
Grupo Tragaluz has a cancellation and no shows policy.
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOWS POLICY
If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation using the links provided in the email or SMS that you received when you made your reservation, at least 4 hours before the date of your reservation.
After that time, if you do not attend or do not cancel your reservation, you will be charged 15€ per person (10% VAT included).
