Concrete Utopia

Though no one knows the causes or the true magnitude of the earthquake, in the heart of Seoul, only one building stands: Hwang Gung Apartments. As hours goes by, outsiders arrive seeking refuge from the extreme cold. Soon, the initially welcoming residents find themselves overwhelmed by the increasing number of arrivals. Faced with the threat of running out of space and resources, and with their own survival at stake, the residents implement a special measure.
