class=\"s5\"><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"><strong>KOA 257<\/strong>, el medio <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">ultraman<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> de Valencia que tendr\u00e1 lugar las fechas <strong>25-27 de abril <\/strong><\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">y su hermano \u201cmayor\u201d <strong>515<\/strong>, en distancia <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">ultraman<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> que se<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> celebrar\u00e1 <strong>del 18 al 20 de mayo<\/strong> abre sus inscripciones.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3>KOA 257 VALENCIA<\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"s5\"><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">La distancia \u201ccorta\u201d<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, KOA 257,<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">se celebrar\u00e1 los d\u00edas 25, 26 y 27 de abril y<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u00a0se conform<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">a en 3 espectaculares d\u00edas disfrutando de la costa valenciana y su interior<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h4>D\u00cdA 1: 5km nataci\u00f3n y 72km ciclismo<\/h4>\n<p class=\"s5\"><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">El primer d\u00eda se nadan<\/span><\/span> <strong><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">5km<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> (a 2 vueltas)<\/span><\/span><\/strong> <span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">en la playa de la <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Patacona <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">(Alboraya), para luego subirse a la bici y disfrutar de<\/span><\/span> <strong><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">7<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">2<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">km <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">con la subida al <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Oronet<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> y finalizar la etapa en la <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u201cagarrada\u201d Frontera, acumulando un total de <strong>1220m de desnivel positivo<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h4>D\u00cdA 2: 138km ciclismo<\/h4>\n<p class=\"s5\"><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">El segundo d\u00eda, se tendr\u00e1 <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">que recorrer los <strong>138km con +<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"><strong>2600 metros de desnivel<\/strong> con los <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">diferentes puertos de <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u201c<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Espadan<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h4>D\u00cdA 3: 42km carrera a pie<\/h4>\n<p class=\"s5\"><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Por <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u00faltimo<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, el tercer d\u00eda,<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> \u201cla <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">marat\u00f3n<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u201d. <strong>42km<\/strong> que transcurren a nivel del mar adentr\u00e1ndose en el Parque Natural de la Albufera <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">y completamente llana.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"s5\"><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">KOA 515 ULTRAMAN<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"s5\"><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">El KOA Distance 515 se celebrar\u00e1 los<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> d\u00edas<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> 18, 19 y 20 de mayo<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Como punto neur\u00e1lgico ser\u00e1 la playa de la <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Patacona<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, un lugar que quedara grabado en la retina de los participantes para siempre.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h4>D\u00cdA 1: 10km nataci\u00f3n y 144 ciclismo<\/h4>\n<p class=\"s5\"><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">El primer d\u00eda comienza con <strong>10km<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"><strong> de aguas abierta (4 vueltas)<\/strong>, para seguir con <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"><strong>144km<\/strong> de ciclismo por los puertos de la Sierra Calderona<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, donde acumularas un total de <strong>1750 metros de desnivel.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h4>D\u00cdA 2: 280km ciclismo<\/h4>\n<p class=\"s5\"><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">El segundo d\u00eda habr\u00e1 que recorrer <strong>280km con 3.600 metros de desnivel<\/strong> con puertos como Sierra Calderona y <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Espad\u00e1n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h4>D\u00cdA 3: 84km carrera a pie<\/h4>\n<p class=\"s5\"><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Para ser <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s6\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">finisher<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, el tercer d\u00eda se tendr\u00e1 que completar LA DOBLE MARATON, <strong>84km <\/strong><\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"><strong>del tir\u00f3n (2 vueltas)<\/strong> por un recorrido que va desde la playa de la Malvarrosa hasta la Albufera de
