Pero en este caso se trata de <strong>un d\u00eda de entrenamiento del ex ciclista profesional Richie Porte<\/strong> y desde la revista nos preguntamos \u00bfQu\u00e9 estar\u00e1 tramando Richie Porte?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Desde que el <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">australiano<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> de 37 a\u00f1os<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">,<\/span><\/span> <strong><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">tercero en el Tour de Francia 2020 y ganador de pruebas como <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Dauphine<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> y Par\u00eds Niza<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> se retirara el pasado 13 de septiembre de 2022<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> tras finalizar su participaci\u00f3n en el <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s5\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Tour <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s5\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">of<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s5\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Britain<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">con el <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">INEOS se define en el perfil de su cuenta personal de Instagram como <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s5\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u201c<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s5\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">full time<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s5\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> dad\u201d. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Y no solo eso\u2026 bien podr\u00edamos decir <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">que se ha \u201cpasado<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u201d<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> a la nataci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">En lo que va de a\u00f1o lleva m\u00e1s sesione<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">s<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> de nataci\u00f3n realizadas que de ciclismo (146 de nataci<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u00f3<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">n frente a las 100 de ciclismo). <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">En este 2023, en <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">estas<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"><strong> 146 sesiones<\/strong> que comentamos, lleva acumulados la friolera de <\/span><\/span><strong><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">774.600m, volumen que roza <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">el de <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">los nadadores profesionales<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Para que os hag\u00e1is una idea, <strong>s<\/strong><\/span><\/span><strong><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">olo est<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">as <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u00fa<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">ltimas 4 semanas, le sale una media 6 de sesiones<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\/<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">semana <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">con un total de 37.700m nadados, lo que equivale a una media de <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">6<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"><strong>300m por sesi\u00f3n<\/strong>.
