Una prueba donde el catal\u00e1n va a estrenarse en esta distancia sobre asfalto y ser\u00e1 la primera vez que lo haga con ciclos espec\u00edficos para llegar fuerte a la carrera.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00fan as\u00ed, el corredor de monta\u00f1a no olvida sus retos a largo plazo, y sus ansias de mejorar pese a haber conquistado todas las carreras que se ha propuesto, se mantienen intactas jornada tras jornada.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, <strong>Kilian<\/strong> ha realizado otro espectacular entrenamiento s\u00f3lo al alcance de un fuera de serie como \u00e9l. 85km dando vueltas a la pista de atletismo, a un ritmo de 4:13\/km, con el objetivo de simular diferentes situaciones de carrera en las que tiene que lidiar con una estrategia nutricional u otra.<\/p>\n<p>Es decir, no se sigue el mismo planning de nutrici\u00f3n estando en un ambiente controlado como puede ser una marat\u00f3n de asfalto, que en una ultratrail donde se corre a m\u00e1s de 2500m de altura y los avituallamientos se encuentran a decenas de kil\u00f3metros entre ellos.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el test, prob\u00f3 7 fuentes diferentes de energ\u00eda entre geles, barritas y bebidas energ\u00e9ticas de la marca que le patrocina.<\/p>\n<p>Gracias a los comentarios que buenamente contesta el atleta, conocemos m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n acerca de esta sesi\u00f3n extrema de test, como por ejemplo que <strong>Kilian\u00a0<\/strong>cambiaba de direcci\u00f3n cada 2km para no cargar m\u00e1s de la cuenta la musculatura de una pierna respecto a la otra, o que el Excel para sintetizar los datos, lo hizo \u00e9l mismo.<\/p>\n<p>Veremos si la gesti\u00f3n de la alimentaci\u00f3n le puede seguir deparando a <strong>Jornet,<\/strong> muchas m\u00e1s victorias en sus pr\u00f3ximos objetivos.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" data-instgrm-captioned data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CFw-7KkjLzq\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"12\" style=\" background:#FFF; Yesterday I did a nutrition test. On a stable environment (a track) and a easy but steady effort I was testing different fueling and hydration protocols that I hope can help me to improve the energy levels during different goals, from a race where we can have access to fluid and food (almost) when we want to a high climb where we have very limited food and fuel since we need to carry all.
