Pero esa 30\u00aa posici\u00f3n s\u00f3lo ha hecho que motivar al canadiense, que parece decidido a recuperar su mejor nivel en 2019. Tras ganar hace 9 d\u00edas el <strong>70.3 de Indian Wells,<\/strong> Sanders sigue trabajando para estar a la altura de <strong>Frodeno, Lange<\/strong> y compa\u00f1\u00eda el a\u00f1o que viene. La \u00faltima muestra,\u00a0su entrenamiento sobre la bicicleta del domingo en<strong> Palm Springs (California).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El \u00faltimo triatleta en unirse a la marca de bicicletas alemana <strong>Canyon<\/strong> public\u00f3 los datos de su ascensi\u00f3n al <strong>Aerial Tram: un puerto de unos 5 kms con un 9% de pendiente media.<\/strong> Sanders lleg\u00f3 hasta arriba en <strong>15&#8217;39&#8221;<\/strong>, un registro con el que <strong>super\u00f3 el KOM de Strava de varios ciclistas profesionales<\/strong> que entrenan por la zona. Pero lo mejor fueron sus datos de vatios y de pulsaciones. El carism\u00e1tico triatleta subi\u00f3 a una potencia media de 454 vatios y a una potencia m\u00e1xima de 589.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por lo que a las pulsaciones se refiere, las gr\u00e1ficas de la sesi\u00f3n muestran que Sanders lleg\u00f3 a las <strong>169 pulsaciones por minuto<\/strong>, algo que sorprendi\u00f3 realmente al deportista: &#8220;No sab\u00eda que mi coraz\u00f3n pod\u00eda latir as\u00ed&#8221;, brome\u00f3 en Instagram. Took a stab at the Aerial Tramway KOM here in Palm Springs today&#8230;3 miles at about 9% grade.  This is a video at the top afterwards.  Took a few lifetime bests, but was able to get it.  Didn&#39;t know my heart could beat like that!
