Tras varios a\u00f1os de muy buen trabajo en las categor\u00edas de formaci\u00f3n del club, Superv\u00eda regresa al primer nivel competitivo con el Hotel Maya FLBA. El club encuentra en Fernando Superv\u00eda a la persona indicada para continuar el crecimiento y desarrollo del primer equipo femenino de la FLBA. Adem\u00e1s de dirigir al Universidad de Alicante FLBA, Superv\u00eda ha entrenado a varios equipos en categor\u00eda de formaci\u00f3n base, as\u00ed como coordinado la secci\u00f3n de minibasket del club.<\/p>\n<p>Jos\u00e9 Antonio S\u00e1nchez ha afirmado que \u201cFernando Superv\u00eda es el entrenador ideal para liderar este proyecto. Conoce la Liga a las jugadoras y lleva tres a\u00f1os seguidos sacando mucho rendimiento del equipo masculino. El Hotel Maya FLBA se ha quedado muy cerca de los puestos de ascenso estas dos \u00faltimas temporadas y esperamos que sigan con la misma din\u00e1mica.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, seg\u00fan ha comentado S\u00e1nchez: \u201cCon este paso, el club quiere reforzar la base, tanto a nivel de gesti\u00f3n como a nivel deportivo, y es un reto para todos, seguir trabajando en la mejora del club.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, Jos\u00e9 Antonio S\u00e1nchez, hasta ahora entrenador del Hotel Maya FLBA, pasa a dedicarse por completo a la gesti\u00f3n, coordinaci\u00f3n y planificaci\u00f3n deportiva tanto de la secci\u00f3n femenina como de la Base FLBA.
